Let's all share photos, writings, images, art, other creations that inspire/enliven/embolden/express/carry the 'something more' for you.
Here's one from me:
A whole field on fire, in the face of an oncoming storm... Moments later a giant white owl flew through on a huge gust of wind. I was on my way to walk my Dad through his last days and was blessed by this grandeur. This reminder of where he was going carried us both.

Thank you JoAnn for sharing this...it truly is a beautiful.
And I agree, today's session was especially poweful and meaningful.
Q and I wrote this as a response to Meg's request for us to finish this sentence
"I exist because..."
I am
Because of it all
Because of fullness of being
Because of all my experiences and the souls I’ve encountered
Because of those who’ve come before
Because of love
Because of anger
Because of fear
Because of connection to nature
Because of earth
Because of sun
Because of air/breath
Because of the water/tears
Because of the moon
Because of the trees and the grass
Because of original and chosen family
Thank you Meg, and everyone for a beautiful session!!!
Dusk over the ocean
Montauk, New York
As the waves come in and out, I silently say, " Breathing in, I know that I am breathing in; Breathing out, I know that I am breathing out." The rolling waves connect me to the something more and I'm reminded of the John Masefield poem
" ...I must go down to the seas again for the call of the runninlg tide...."
Cathedral Rock
Sedona, Arizona
Sedona's clear blue skies and mystical red rocks always connect me to " Something More"; I find myself breathing in, gazing up and saying " Thank You"........
I recognize the “ Something More” in moments of deep emotional hardship, and “ something in me” shines an awareness ( Buddhi) into my brain that says
STOP,
BREATHE.
Repeat.
There is something very premonitory and “from beyond” as you say, about Owls and their hoooots… not to mention their silent ability to fly without being detected..hmmmm..love love Clare❤️
In the wee hours this morning I was reminded of the Something More when I heard the hoot owl not far from my bedroom window. It was 10 years ago this week that I lost both my Dad and brother within 8 days of eachother. I've always believed the owl is a visitor from the great beynd, and when it comes, it is my family visiting me. 🦉
I love the contrast of this beautiful, old, wise Cottonwood in the seasons. It also reminds us of the seasons we experience daily, yearly and throughout our lives.
The Wisdom of the ‘something more’ in Nature.. This old Cottonwood “Ent” looked so dry and dead..then it exploded into life, I took these in March and then in June. The cyclical return of growth and life in nature reassures us that all is right. We do not question its return. It is a constant reminder of the Something more.
Meg, your photo above…What a precious moment in time caught by your soul and snapped by your camera. It has an aura of “something beyond the horizon”…something reassuring and awesome. ❤️
